Each organization has particular requirements and possibilities that give shape to the programs. The main feature of Synapsis Corporate Programs is their flexibility. We start with an inventory of the objectives and work as a team with the people in charge of managing the corporate training experience so as to be able to generate an exclusive program, tailored to suit specific needs.
With this information and using our data base as reference (nature metaphors, outdoor and adventure activities, group dynamics, set-up scenarios, appropriate facilities and services, objectives to be achieved), we design customized programs that our clients can adjust and modify.

| Using our metaphors, we can create a link between outdoor activities and corporate life through the actual adventure experience, specially focusing on a particular problem or situation that needs to be solved in the work environment. This alternative provides a minimum risk “test lab”, where the organization will be able to do a group diagnosis, discover future obstacles and emerging situations, design enhancing strategies and put them into practice analyzing results. |

| Special corporate retreats: |
| Here are some of our specific
purpose programs:: |
 |
"The True North" | Personal leadership and self-empowerment; 4 days & 3 nights
|
| |
This program has been specially designed to awaken self-motivation in each person, by means of developing emotional and cognitive strategies. Money or status motivation combined with external benefits are sometimes not enough to stimulate de innate capability in every human being. The secret of motivation is, precisely, the motive, and those motives are somewhat different form one person to the next. The purpose of this program is to join each person in the exploration of his/her most transcendent and powerful motivations immersed in a natural context that helps achieve the objective by means of an extraordinary adventure game!

"The Leadership Quest" | Leadership in changing times; 3 days and 3 nights
|
| |
Efficiently crossing calm water requires awareness of some principles, strategies and techniques, as well as the employment of the necessary structures and resources for a given scenario. Crossing turbulent waters implies a paradigmatic change that is reflected in the required skills, technical resources and navigation knowledge for the challenge. This program introduces an extraordinary experiential metaphor that helps discover the principles behind each paradigm and put into practice the learning processes deriving from this discovery, setting up cognitive bridges that prove very useful in corporate life.

|
 |
"Rescue Team Expedition" | Teamwork and teambuilding; 3 days y 3 nights
|
| |
This program has been designed with the objective of promoting integration and group belonging, as well as developing skills related to group work and problem solving. It consists in three days of learning-oriented activities within a natural playful context inviting to challenge personal limits and conditionings. The metaphor introduced by the search and rescue expedition in the mountain carries implicit messages and lessons that are extremely valuable. Rescuing somebody that is hurt or lost in the mountains is a task that is rarely successful without a good working team. The result is very significant, saving a life, but another really important thing is the road that leads to that result. This program helps discover the importance of choosing the best methods and ways to achieve the best results.

Why choose Synapsis?
The combination of adventure activities, group dynamics, recreation time, contact with nature, reflection moments as well as group and individual learning... all presented in the context of an extraordinary Adventure Game that creates a unique motivating and bonding environment.
What kind of programs do we offer?
1. Incentive programs/ Fun tours:
Specifically oriented towards recreation and having fun in the context of an adventure game. They combine activities outdoors and indoors, allowing for some other activities the company might want to perform during the team's stay (example: institutional presentations, workshops, conventions, etc). Outdoor activities can be a part of the metaphor design and their connection to daily life.
2. Corporate training/ Adventure based learning:
These programs have been designed to promote specific individual or group learning that may include the development of personal skills and interpersonal capabilities. Skill development involves learning processes and the quality of these processes will depend on varying parameters such as available time, group size, and activities included. For example, a group of no more than 15 people can take part in the following activities:
- Recreational Experiences (Duration > 1 day)
- Learning Experiences (Duration > 2-3 days)
- Transforming/Changing Experiences (Duration > 3 or + days)
